Question : Assigning a GPO to specific users and one Server only ?

My first time with GPO's so excuse my misunderstanding...
If I create a new GPO ( to lockdown deleting printers, etc) and assign it to a sub group of users ( in AD) can I ALSO assign that GPO to one specific Terminal Server so it only would apply when those assigned users are using that specific Terminal Server ?
