Question : How to get back a User Login when have all user files still but login went away from Users Win 7 Pro

I have a Win 7 Pro Laptop.  There is an Admin user "admin" that works fine for Laptop and also a user (non admin) login that was working fine but just disapeared and I can not login to the PC with that user name anymore.  It was working fine yesterday wtih this user login.  When I login as "admin" (adminstrator) it only shows this login in User Accounts.  The c:\Users still has all the expected directories and files for the missing user login.

How can I add back the User Account Login and keep the same c:|users\user folders and files?
