Question : Cadre de validation ne fonctionnant pas pour l'écran d'ouverture

J'obtiens vraiment frustré en faisant le travail de cadre de validation pour mon ouverture screen.

I ai fait presque toutes les choses correctement mais ne pourrais pas figurer où j'ai wrong.
