Question : Atheros AR8152 PCI-E Fast EThernet Cont

I need the driver on a diff machine (same OS, XP).  HOw do I find all the drivers associated to this NIC? If i go to the device manager and pull the properties on the NIC, I can see the driver details pointing to c:\windows\system32\drivers\   but that single file is not the whole driver set.

or a download link would be helpful! can't find it anywhere! NOt even on toshiba's website

this is for a toshiba c650, satellite pro, L1521
