Question : Will a clean OS X server install kill Xserve Raid?
So I have a mac server running 10.4 on my network with an Xserve Raid device attached. The Xserve has a single 3.4TB array attached to each of the controllers. My knowledge of this device and the OS is limited so my question is this:
Can I do a wipe and clean install of Snow Leopard Server and then just reattach the Xserve array without losing the data? Seems like this should be possible but I dont want to dig myself a hole if I dont have to.
Thanks in advance!

Yes you can. The Raid array will maintain the configuration in a ROM.
