Question : how to repair a corrupted PST

Hello!

I have Outlook 2007 and from one day to another the inbox folder did not open throwing an error.
I installed Outlook 2010 to see if I can open it from there and an error appeared.

The error is:
An error has been detected on the default folders. It has been found errors on the PST

Anyone knows how to repair the PST?
