Question : Scanning whilst logged off

Hi,

I currently have a HP N6010 Scanner connected to an xp workstation and i need it to scan to a folder on a shared drive. As the users hot desk the hp scan utility changes the default save location to the users My Documents everytime a different user logs in. The scanner will also not scan when the user logs off. Is there anyway i can set the program so that it is irrelevant whether a user is logged in or not?

Answer : Scanning whilst logged off

Set the 'Default User' profile to point the correct scan folder location.  Then any new users who login will get the pre determined settings from Default User profile.
