Win XP is connecting to server shared folder, when we last time do it we use domain username and password, now winxp is always connected to network shared folder to admin privileges, how we can change it to another user login and password?

You need the driver for the HD controller. Put that driver on a floppy, then boot with the installation CD and while the installer runs, look for when it asks about 3rd party drivers, press f6 at that point and it should then look on your floppy for the driver.
