Question : Changing Server Name with Exchange 2010 Installed

So I have this Exchange 2010 test server that I installed with a migration plan. I've since learned that pretty much all my planning was wrong and because of this wanted to redo some of the install. In haste I renamed the server...

Now the old exchange install sill has refrences to the old server name. At this point I'm not sure what to do. I didnt think it would be wise to just delete the whole thing and start from scratch and leave all the old hooks for the server in place.
