Question : can't find Printer Setup Utility in Mac OS X 10.5.8

How do I find the Printer Setup Utility? It is not in the Applications, Utilities.

Open under the Apple icon in the menu bar: System Preferences. When it's open you will find Printers.

System Preferences usually has an icon in the Dock too.
