combofix cant run because it can not find

hidec.exe

I downloaded and renamed combofix.exe

Answer : combofix

Additionally, you could run otc.exe:

Second download in the list. Run it - reboot - then download a fresh copy of Combofix from here:

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix

click the download - click on "save"
"Save in" = Desktop
"File Name" = cf.bat
"Save as type" = All files

Now try running Combofix again.
Don't forget that Combofix won't run on 64-bit systems...
