Question : Disable IMAP service in Exchange 2010 Certificate?!

Hi All,
I migrated from Exchange 2003 with activesync and IMAP. Everything worked great before, IMAP worked with no auth type in Outlook (except username and password of course). I then migrated to Exchange 2010, set up an SSL certificate from Godaddy, and it seems IMAP and SMTP was assigned. Ever since then, Outlook require IMAP clients to set auth to Auto or SSL. Is there a way to bering it back to previous settings w/o auth?!

set it to Basic authentication, Windows authentication will use the local windows credentials
