Question : Where can I find corflags.exe?

A VB .net application won't run on 64 bit Windows 7.  I read that I can use "corflags.exe" to run the program but can't find it.  I unsuccessfully tried downloading it from a few differenct web sites, and I also tried installing .net framework 3.5, which is suppose to include corflags.exe, but after I installed it I couldn't find corflags.exe on my hard drive.  How can I get corflags.exe?

Download and run this:

During the setup, deselect everything, then select just the .NET Development Tools.

Finish the install.

Corflags will be located in:  C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v6.1\Bin
