As stated above the HijackThis logfile appears ok.... but you're probably aware that rootkits and some other infections can remain hidden from HJT.
Therefore, as you previously dealt with an IE Redirect bug, may i suggest you try running tdsskiller to see if it finds any other infection:
http://support.kaspersky.com/downloads/utils/tdsskiller.zipDownload the file TDSSKiller.zip and extract it into a folder
Execute the file TDSSKiller.exe.
Wait for the scan and disinfection process to be over.
Close all programs and press “Y” key to restart your computer.
