Question : RAID1 in MAX OSx
i have a mac os x4.11 with 80G drive and the space is running out.
i want to increase the disk space by adding an nother disk 560G.
will the mac treat 560G as disk if i add this disk and configure the as RAID1 with exisiting 80G disk?
i do not want to rebuild the mac becuase user has lot of stuff .
Answer : RAID1 in MAX OSx
I would just suggest adding the 560G disk as just another drive, unless you really need RAID1... If you do need RAID1, you will need 2 disks of the exact same size.
