Question : Outlook Send/Recieve Progress Dialogue Box

Hello Experts
Can someone please let me know how I go about stopping the outlook 'Send/Receive Progress' dialogue box from appearing each time I send an email?
Is there a way of simply making it run in the background without popping up everytime I send an email?
