Question : paypal receiving preferences have different options for different accounts

I want to block non confirmed addresses for these two accounts
but only one account has those radio buttons

Ultimately, you're going to have to contact PayPal and ask if it is an available option for whichever account doesn't show the option.

I'm assuming it's the UK account?
