Question : VMWare ESXI training material?

Hi im new to VMware ESXI and wanting some training material.  How to configure, maintain ect and any tips and pit falls?

   You can use a third party backup utility by the name of .acronis software. It simplifies the job and is reliable . I personally use the same for my computer.
