Question : Can I force reconciliation of old email after blackberry enterprise activation?

We've got a concern in the following environment...
Blackberry Bold 9000, BES Express 5.0., MS Exchange 2007, MS Outlook 2010, Windows 2008

Had to wipe a Blackberry user’s handheld before enterprise activation on a new BES (Blackberry Enterprise Server), because it was previously a member of a different BES.  After wiping the device I did an Enterprise activation and the device is synchronizing properly with Exchange and redirecting mail.
The user is complaining that emails prior to the enterprise activation are not synchronizing with his Blackberry handheld.  I checked and found that the repopulation settings in BES weren’t configured.  I configured the settings.  Now I just need to know if there is a way to synchronize all of the old mail from the user’s exchange inbox with the Blackberry .  Do I simply repeat the enterprise activation?  Or is there some other procedure?

Thanks again in advance for your help. Kind of urgent, so it's appreciated.

Answer : Can I force reconciliation of old email after blackberry enterprise activation?

You must repeat activation, but BlackBerry Enterprise Server version 5.0 can support up to 14 days or 750 messages.

Blackberry KB articles are tough to link, it is KB11632.
