Question : Exchange 2003 - Storage groups are dissmounting with backup softwere

Hi All,
Since we are using Backup Exec 2010, during backup jobs running, exchange storage groups dissmount automatically. it's strange that this only happens on occasion and only seems to happen to Storage Group 1.
Could any one advise how to resolve this problem please.
