Question : Lost access to Vcenter

Is there anyway I can get a Vcenter server up without doing it through the Vsphere Client? I have lost access to a couple of servers in a specific datacenter.I can ping the data server and access it's web interface, but cannot reach any of the servers hosted on that specific data store. I can access all servers on the other data center...
