Question : #550 5.3.4 SMTPSEND.OverAdvertisedSize; message size exceeds fixed maximum size ##

I have exchange 2007 SP2, and it's been working fine for about 2 years now.  My limits are at 22mm to send and receive, but I'm not sure why, but now, we can't send more than like 5 or 6 mb, as I tried to send a test email with 8mb and it failed.
Again, all my limits are at like 22mb, in the hub send connector and for the receive connectors as wel.  How do I fix this?
Any help would be appreciated.  This is what came back to me.

Ok, then the first message you gave us does tell us everything we need to know...

" SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:"

The error was from the remote server...not yours.  If you want to verify this, try sending the exact same message with attachment to another account that you know can receive large messages..such as a gmail account or such.  If it goes through, you know it's not your server rejecting it.
