Question : how to remove "debugging" pop-up

"debugging" pop-up showing up frequently

showing a app called Just-in-time debugging

saying an exception 'runtime error' has occurred in script

and lists possible debuggers and there is only one which is new instance of microsoft script editor

and wants me to select that debugger to debug runtime error

Start>Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Services>Double Click Machine Debug Manager>Set to "disabled">Apply>OK
