Question : Appointment booking app or service for field engineers?

I am looking for an app or service that will allow me to set up field engineer appointments, where the engineers can check their rosters/appointments etc and possibly also where some rules can be applied around distances between appointments, work time when on site (ie job A needs 1 hour, job B needs 2 hours etc). Any recommendations?

Google calendar is a free method but will not apply rules based on location to my knowledge. How many field techs and how many people need access to book appointments?Any other features you are looking for? The more specific you are the better we can all help.
