Question : Visual Studio 2010

I have Visual Studio 2005 in my computer. Is it possible to have VS 2010 also in the same computer?
In the same way i have SQL 2005, Is it possible to have SQL 2008?
Is there any difference between SQL 2008 and 2008 R2?

If Yes is the answer for above questions, then Will I face any difficulties while developing applications in different versions?

Where can I get good tutorials/articles for New Versions Microsoft?
Where can I get good CMS based on .NET? if possible in newer version
