How can I turn off the:
                   Translating "sdf"...domain server (255.255.255.255)

messages and how will this effect any type of debugging in the future?

Answer : turn off Translating " "...domain server (255.255.255.255)

When you are typing commands and the switch has a log notification, it will reprint your command below the message. Basically instead of this:

router#sh ip in****logmessage******t brief

you get this:

router#sh ip in***logmessage*****
router#sh ip int brief

It can be helpful when log messages interrupt a long command.
