Question : Excel Help

Please can you help with a problem on my spreadsheet.

Whenever the cell value in column M equals "Non Transactable" I would like the corresponding value in Column N to pick from the list held in N47-N51.

Whenever the cell equals "Transactable" the next cell should be mandatory blank.
