Question : Eclipse installation

hello
I just finished installing Eclipse Java EE IDE for Web Developers. Version: Helios Release Build id: 20100617-1415.
It started up the first time, while I installed some plug-ins.  Then I had to restart Eclipse in order for the plug-ins to take effect.
Now Eclipse does not want to start.  The Configuration log is attached.
Any suggestions?

I didn't test it... I was just trying to point out that you need both your original condition and the 2nd condition.
