Question : Thunderbird EMail
I have been using yahoo small business email. I am closing the company, and need to archive all my present emails. According to the customer service person, Yahoo has disabled the archive function due to software problems. They recommended I install Thunderbird, and use that. I installed Thunderbird and successfully connected, and it automatically downloaded all of my inbox. However, it did not download my Sent Mail folder. I need to archive that also. Is that possible in Thunderbird? Is there a different email client that I should use? Thanks in advance for your help, this is an incredible resource... John Bridges
Answer : Thunderbird EMail
pop3 doesn't expose sent mail, so can't archive it. however, imap *does*, so if you can connect with imap you are good to go :)
