Question : Thumb Drive -- file transfer fails ?

I am transferring a 4GB file onto my 16GB thumb drive (Windows XP Pro OS) which has 9GB free, but get the attached 2.jpg error.

How can I fix ?

Have you tried to move your files you have on your thumb drive to another location and do a low level format on this drive and then try again? Sometimes when you delete files from flash drives they appear to be deleted but they are not. Try and move your data to a temp location and then format the drive.
