Question : How do I resolve these exchange connectivity test errors?

Hi experts

I have published outlook anywhere on TMG 2010 for Exchange server 2010.
It works (using basic authentication and letting the client authenticate directly to exchange) but I am getting a certificate warning and an RPC when I run the test at testexchangeconnectivity.com:
Warning:
Only able to build certificate chain when using the Root Certificate Update functionality from Windows Update. Your server may not be properly configured to send down the required intermediate certificates to complete the chain. Consult the certificate installation instructions or FAQ's from your Certificate Authority for more information.

I have installed the intermediate and root certificate (from GoDaddy) on both TMG 2010 and Exchange 2010 servers.

Error:
The certificate common name mail.domain.co.za, doesn't validate against Mutual Authentication string provided msstd:anywhere.domain.co.za

I have installed a UC certificate from godaddy.

Any ideas or articles that I can be reffered to?

Thanks
