Question : Which AV receiver will cover listed requirements?

I'm thinking of updating my AV system (currently a HTPC).

I require the following:
-4 HDMI input ports (Xbox 360, PS3, 2 spare for future hardware)
-Composite input (at least 1)
-Component input  (at least 1)
-7.1 surround sound output with individual ports for each speaker (basically this is the sound system)
-HDMI output to TV
-at least 1 USB 2.0 port (USB 3 would be nice)
-Inbuilt Blu-Ray player
-Can plays all AV files (avi, mkv, mp3, mpeg, divx, cda, etc)
-Wireless 802.11g (or at least a 100mb ethernet port)
-In built HDD that can be upgraded by me without breaking warranty (hot swappable?)
-Australian digital TV tuner (HD)
-Record (and timeshift) from any input source. Options to vary quality to reduce file size
-Record one digital channel while watching another. Record one source while watching any other source
-easy to use for a novice (my wife)
-reliable brand with good support

What devices should I be looking at for this, and what suggestions can you give?
I'd be after reviews for reliable brands. Don't care if its a mainstream brand as long as its reliable and covers my requirements.

I can get the speakers and subwoofer separately if needed.
Price isn't much of a factor, but I do want to ensure I get quality for my dollar.

I'm in Australia so I need the specs for Australian power and TV etc.

Thanks.
