Question : 3Com Switch Troubleshooting
Hello
I'm having some problems with a 3Com Telephony Switch (POE).

- Problem
The switch is currently showing EVERY light as being steadily lit. Every port is fully lit, and the switch is clearly not working. We only had about 3 ports being actively used, and those 3 devices were not being recognized on our network. We plugged in a little 5 banger GB switch and the devices were recognized instantly. So as of right now, this expensive 3Com POE switch is just a nice looking paperweight. Cycled the power and everything, same issue. Don't have the time to scan the Cisco site and pull down the documentation, so I figured I'd ask the people who have the network experience.

Answer : 3Com Switch Troubleshooting
Cycled the power off for a day, device came back up and went through a lengthy self test. Problem solved, strange though.
