Question : EIGRP Traffic limited to 50% by default?

What constitutes EIGRP traffic?

Is it the Hellos, Acks, Query, Update and Replies?

Does the routing protocol EIGRP create a lot of traffic?

Is application data traffic included in the EIGRP traffic?

Answer : EIGRP Traffic limited to 50% by default?

yes, its only the actual routing protocol information, not the application data. applicaiton data gets routed normally (not encapsulated)
it generally does not create much traffic but that depends on the size of your network.

my network of around 50 sites uses around 50kb at each location per hour for eigrp. (not much at all)
