Question : Can musical notes/sound frequencies act to cancel each other out?
Hi,
I am wondering if there is a practical example in music or from maths whereby a musical note is cancelled by the playing of other notes. For instance, in a perfectly tuned instrument, could there be a combination of notes played that would cancel out the E note or the A note or the higher D note if any were also being played at the same time? Or is there a combination of notes that would cancel out all 3, A, E and Higher D id they were all playing together.
I'm interested in general, but have my own geeky interest in A, E and D2 :).
I'm happy to learn new maths or music theory (or try to) if it helps me understand. I would like to understand how it works rather than just know that it can.
Thank you
Thanks

So add width: 892px to the CSS for the container. That will constrain everything contained in the container to the width of the image.
