Question : Windows errors - XP - application DKK C windows system RE shell32Mdll not valid window image

Customer text me this mesage:  He has an XP PC.  Has recently loaded XP Pro and has all SPs.

I hope to get him to Safe Mode with networking and remote him later.
Anyone any ideas about the errors.

First error:

Second error:  
Login  user interface DLL msginaMdll failed to load. Replace or reload original dll
