Question : importing to firefox

I need to import an htm file that Delicious produces according to this webpage.  It mentions the following.

"If you choose the option to include your tags, they will be in your export even if you don't see them on the page".

I have chosen to take them at their word and import, but the tags do not show up in firefox.  Is there any way to get that to happen?

try convert the hex to binay

and use DateTime.FromBinary
