Question : VPN 721 error

I have a user that is trying to vpn to her home office server from home

the vpn 721 error keeps popping up after the verifying username and password screen

all the correct ports on the router are forwarded because other users can connect this way she is the only one getting the 721 error.

It has to be some settings on her side right?
