Question : Migrate SBS 2003 to Server 2008 R2

Hi, we would like to migrate from SBS 2003 to Server 2008 R2 full product.  We woud like to keep the AD users etc and also keep AD information so that we do not have to rejoin 40 computers to a new domain.  Is there any way of doing this?
