Depends who you are and what you know. To me, Macs are not very intuitive from a settings and troubleshooting perspective. I can troubleshoot Windows and much of the Windows knowledge actually helps me in Linux.
I think Windows machines can be far more finely controlled, but the mix of business software can nullify some of that control (if the business software requires the user to have admin rights).
