Question : Windows XP computer keeps locking up

My computer is running Windows XP SP3 and keeping locking up/freeezes.  My only option is to manually reboot the computer.  When I look at the event log I see only these messages but can't figure out what is causing the problem.  I'm not even sure if they refer to the issue I am having.

Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Answer : Windows XP computer keeps locking up

Are those errors occurring at the same time as the computer freezing?

The most common cause of a computer locking up are CPU thermal issues. Make sure it is not overheating?
