Question : what is the best way to remove opachki.ru trojan?

Spy-bot just found the opachki.ru trojan on my computer (I'm running Vista Ultimate).  what are the objects / items that i need to remove?  what is the best way to do this without deleting files i need, but making sure i cut out all the cancer?

Whatever Spybot see's as infected has to go so let it do its job :)

If its having issue removing it try these scanners:

Post their logfiles after if needed
