Question : NTLDR is Missing on HP Proliant ML350 G4 with Windows 2003 SP2

I am running a windows 2003 standard server with SP2 on an HP Proliant ML350 G4. All of a sudden I am unable to reboot this server. I am greeted with the "NTLDR is Missing Hit Ctrl +Alt+Del to Restart". I have created a boot disk which enables me to get the computer up and running. Without this, I am stuck in the loop of boot--->error--->restart. I tried replacing the ntldr file as well as boot.ini with no success. If I boot from the Windows 2003 server CD I get all the way to the Recovery Console option and then I get an error saying there are no hard drives detected. I don't know what to try next. Any ideas would be appreciated. This is a production SQL Server and I really would like to get this sorted out.
