Question : Cisco VPN client for Windows, use both RSA SecurID soft token and hard token

Hi,
I have a user that installed the RSA soft token software and it disabled the RSA SecurID hard\physical token. I know there is a setting in registry that tells the Cisco VPN software to use either the hard or soft RSA token but I can't find it. She needs to use both because she is connecting to two different networks.

Thanks

Answer : Cisco VPN client for Windows, use both RSA SecurID soft token and hard token

I do not see any problem. I support many customers, and a few of them give me their RSA token to connect to them using VPN.

I create multiple profiles in Cisco VPN client, different profile for each customer. These profiles are in pcf files.

Edit the pcf file that correspond to those using hardware token using notepad, make sure you have
SDIUseHardwareToken=1
