Question : Event ID 3036

I am getting the following error:

Source: Windows Search Service    Category: Gatherer
Type: Warning      Event ID: 3036

The content source <mapi://{s-1-5-21-812068929-1101797595-195102600-1142}/> cannot be accessed.

Context:  Application, SystemIndex Catalog

Details:
      The filtering process has been terminated   (0x80040db4)

The users is reporting an audible noise when this happens.

Any help would be appreciated.
