Question : Exchange 2007 - Delivery is delayed to these recipients or distribution lists:

Dear Experts,

We are running Exchange 2007 and SBS 2008.  

Quite often we are receiving an email from exchange 'Delivery is delayed to these recipients or distribution lists:'

However if I check the queues there does not appear to be mail waiting.  Can anyone advise on how I can disable the delivery delayed message.
