Question : create bootable usb device with multiple OS's to choose from for installation

good morning.  basically what I'm trying to accomplish is creating a bootable USB device that will allow me, upon the computer starting up, to choose which OS i want to install from the USB device.  the OS versions I want on this device are listed below.  I can find many articles about creating a single OS boot device but nothing about a multiple OS device.

Windows XP Pro
Windows Vista Enterprise
Windows 7 Pro
Windows Server 2003 Standard and Enterprise
Windows Server 2008 Standard and Enterprise

Answer : create bootable usb device with multiple OS's to choose from for installation

Y'all are making it too dificult!
1) Get the Plop boot manager and put it onto the USB.
2) Create a separate partition for EACH O/S ( I counted 7)
3) Copy the setup CD's to each partition.
4) Configure Plop to choose which partition to boot to.

All he wants is to be able to boot the USB and choose which O/S Setup to launch.

But, again, will 32GB hold it all? (Just barely, I think)
