Question : Setting Dell 2330dn Printer to Automatically Print from Multi-Purpose Tray
I think it is possible that I am being stupid today, but I've spent some time on trying to figure this out, so I guess I'll just put it out there....We have a Dell 2330dn printer, set up on a Windows 2003 print server. The users of this printer are complaining that they have to press the start button in order to print an envelope from the multi-purpose tray. The multi-purpose tray is set up with the mode of Cassette, which is the factory default, and appears to be what controls whether or not the feed tray is manual or automatic. I notice that the available paper listed on the printer (from the server) is only Letter, nothing else. Other printers on the server have additional paper types, but I cannot figure out how to add paper types to this printer, or if that is even the cause of my issue! Getting very frustrated! Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!
