Question : Exchange 2010 on a domain controller 2008 R2 for 2 users?

Small office, only has two users.  I realize it is not recommended to run Exchange on a DC, but this office has two users, maybe a third within a year.  By the time they have four users they would most likely add a second server.

Programs they use on the server and network are:

File share, word, excel, PDF's, etc.
Quickbook's - one uses this allot, the other not so much
Heavy Outlook usage by both users
Quotewerks - app run from server, 1 user uses this

Server will have 8GB of ram and a Xeon 55xx series proc.

I just wanted to see if anyone could chime in saying that this would be a horrible setup?  I really don't see any performance problems with that many people using the server.

I am sure someone else will chime in here but you should be able to run that config.  After all, MS sell SBS for groups like yours and everything runs on one box.  With that said, Exchange will use any available ram for the store.exe process so 8 GB may not be enough.
