 computer name is changed and also computer registered owner name . how can i remove

The registered user information is in the same registry location for all Windows versions -

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion
RegisteredOwner
RegisteredOrganization

If you want to remove this information, set the values of these two registry keys to blank.
